Andrew Kuchins, Director of the Russia and Eurasia Program, and Tom Sanderson, Director of the Transnational Threats Project, travelled to Russia, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan to investigate the opportunities and risks associated with the new Afghan war supply networks called the Northern Distribution Networks.
