We keep reporting on this, but there are a lot of consequences for the kind of increased displacement that's going on in Iraq. Roughly 2 million Iraqis have fled the country (refugees) since the US invasion in 2003, with at least an additional 2 million displaced within the country (internally displaced persons, or IDPs).
