Bush to Mugabe: It's Time to Go.

WASHINGTON — President Bush intervened in one of Africa's worst crises Tuesday, calling on Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe to step down from power and end his 28-year reign of "tyranny."
J. Stephen Morrison, an analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, said that although Bush's call is somewhat muted by his lame-duck status, the pressure from world leaders could be a "trigger point" that leads to Mugabe's departure.
