President Bush comes before the United Nations General Assembly for the last time Tuesday as a multinationalist, committed to working with a league of nations he circumvented six years ago by launching a war against Iraq. [. . .]
"Bush still gets a bit of a raw deal by being accused of being a unilateralist," says Reginald Dale, senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington. "Even with two of the three members of the 'axis of evil,' he has worked with other countries."
