Dems work to change spy laws.

Today, house Democrats try to rally support for changes to U.S. laws on domestic surveillance.

Sponsors believe these changes give law enforcement needed anti-terror tools while protecting Americans' rights. [...]

"I am concerned that technologies and capabilities will be taken from Iraq, brought home, and we'll see improvised explosive devices some time in the future," said David Heyman from the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
