How should America protect itself from cyber attacks? New legislation introduced by Democratic Senator Jay Rockefeller and Republican Senator Olympia Snowe proposes the creation of a National Cybersecurity Advisor that would report directly to President Obama. It would also give the government more power over private networks. James Lewis, director of the Center for Strategic and International Studies' Cybersecurity Initiative joins us to discuss the key provisions of the legislation.
