WASHINGTON, October 4, 2011—The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) and Chevron Corporation will host a discussion with Joseph Brandt, Robert A. Mosbacher Jr., and Paul Hanrahan. David Pumphrey, senior fellow and deputy director of the CSIS Energy and National Security Program, will moderate the discussion.

Introductory remarks will be made by Henrietta Fore, former USAID administrator, CSIS trustee, and Holsman International CEO, and Richard Downie, CSIS Africa Program deputy director.
