WASHINGTON, June 11, 2012 – The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) International Security Program will host His Excellency Amirzai Sangin, Minister of Communications of Afghanistan. Mr. Sangin will discuss how mobile phone and internet technology are transforming Afghanistan.
David J. Berteau, senior vice-president and director of the International Security Program at CSIS, will moderate.
