WASHINGTON, August 28, 2012 – The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Energy and National Security Program will host Peter Howard, President and CEO of the Canadian Energy Research Institute to discuss the outlook for Canadian oil and natural gas production and exports. David Pumphrey, deputy-director and senior fellow, CSIS Energy and National Security Program will moderate.
