Salvadoran Foreign Minister Hugo Martínez to Speak about Citizen Security at CSIS

WASHINGTON, June 15, 2011—The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Americas Program will host a conference on citizen security featuring the Hon. Hugo Martínez, Foreign Minister of El Salvador, and Henry Campos Solórzano, Vice Minister of Justice and Public Safety, on Friday, June 17, 2011 from 9:00am – 10:30am. 

Foreign Minister Martínez will speak about regional security following the 41st General Assembly of the Organization of American States, held in El Salvador.  Vice Minister Solórzano will speak about El Salvador’s new thinking on internal security challenges.
