On December 3, the CSIS Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI) is pleased to invite you to a breakfast discussion hosted by Dr. John Harvey. Dr. Harvey currently serves as Principal Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense. Dr. Harvey will be sharing reflections and insights from his extensive experience in nuclear weapons science and policy. PONI breakfast events are designed to provide an informal setting for young members to meet senior experts, learn from them, and engage them with questions.
