2009 PONI Capstone Conference - Omaha, NE

The 2009 PONI Capstone Conference will be held on December 15th at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE. This event will concludes the 2009 conference series and will features a selection of the best presentations from the three preceding regional conferences in Annapolis, MD, San Diego, CA and London respectively. The conference agenda will be posted in early November.

Dr. Harvey currently serves as Principal Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense.
