In these times, the challenge to leadership is profound. The Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy (AILA) empowers an emerging generation of leaders with the experience and skills necessary to understand themselves in the political atmosphere of today's complex global environment and inspires them to make a contribution to the community and to the world. The work of the academy's founders — Dr. David Abshire and Dr. Kazuo Inamori — is the driving force behind the wide range of leadership training initiatives at AILA.
