The Future of Indonesia

As a pilot project for CSIS to explore the use of video to inform policy decisions makers a group of young professionals at CSIS produced an introductory video on issues facing Indonesia.

The Future of Indonesia is a short film about Indonesia's current state of affairs directed by a select group of young professionals at CSIS. With local interviews, and the perspectives of Indonesian and American leaders, the piece highlights the pressing challenges of this vital and globally emerging country.

This was a pilot project by CSIS to explore the use of social media, new media, and video to provide information on challenges facing public policy makers. Young professionals at CSIS, worked with their peers in Indonesia to tell the story of democracy in that country.
