The CSIS-Schieffer School Dialogues are a monthly series of discussions held at CSIS and hosted by Bob Schieffer, the chief Washington correspondent for CBS News and the anchor for the network’s Sunday morning show, Face the Nation.
The series is a partnership between CSIS and The Schieffer School of Journalism at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas. The school is named after Schieffer, who is an alumnus.
The dialogues feature:
- top public policy experts
- government officials
- prominent journalists
- and leading scholars
The dialogues will discuss pressing issues of:
- national security
- foreign policy
- and global challenges
