The Commission on Global Aging
The Global Aging Initiative works closely with the Commission on Global Aging, an informal advisory board of over sixty distinguished individuals drawn from the worlds of government, business, and policy. Commission members help guide GAI in setting its overall research agenda. They also participate in GAI working groups and speak at GAI conferences. In 2002, the Commission issued a special "Report to World Leaders" outlining the scope of the global aging challenge and offering more than two dozen reform recommendations.
