Europeans should also note that an affiliated yet autonomous UK PONI program has also been established at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). In France, the Forum de réflexion sur le nucléaire (FRN) hosted by Center for International Security and Arms Control Studies (CESIM) will be launched later this year. Individuals in or near those countries are therefore encouraged to become members of these programs as well.
