Future Watch, July 2006: Taking Stock of Global Water Challenges and U.S. Foreign Policy

U.S. policy on international water now stands at an inflection point.  Late last year Congress approved legislation that would streamline the process by which U.S. international water policy was formulated and increase the level of resources allocated to water as part of U.S. development assistance. This month's Future Watch, written by GSI Research Associate Laura Keating, zooms in on some of the key issues associated with that legislation and U.S. water policy in general.
