    Like a comet flashing across the sky, everybody notices and has something to say about outsourcing. The outsourcing phenomenon and the reaction it generates, unlike a comet, is
    unlikely to be short-lived; my guess is that the response will be more like the hula hoop, fanatic for a time and then more restrained.
