Nuclear Risk Reduction Centres in South Asia

This report is the product of a study carried out by a group of senior, non-governmental Indians, Pakistanis, and Americans between December 2003 and May 2004. The project was organized by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a Washington-based bipartisan policy research institute, and supported by the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a charitable foundation devoted to reducing global threats from nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons.
