Strategy Report Vol. 2 No. 3

The Office of the Director of Studies hosted a Strategy Hour on 3 February 2004 on the delicate balance between civil liberties and homeland security.  Jason Keiber, Research Assistant for the Technology Program, led the disscussion, summarizing the debate over the NSA’s domestic surveillance activities and examining the implications for civil liberties.
