    Has the French government flipped? After opposing the use of force in Iraq under President Jacques Chirac, recently elected President Nicolas Sarkozy and Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner, who is in Washington on Thursday, are reportedly leading the charge for the use of force against Iran. Those reports, however, are misleading and overlook the real change in French strategy on Iran.
