 <title>Video: Implications of the FY12 Defense Budget</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The FY12 base defense budget request is $553 billion. &lt;strong&gt;David Berteau&lt;/strong&gt;, director of the CSIS Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group, compared that number to both the current funding under the continuing resolution of $526 billion and the president&amp;rsquo;s FY11 request of $549 billion.
