Becca S. Smith
Becca Smith is a research associate in the CSIS International Security Program. Before joining CSIS, she analyzed National Security Council processes from Harry S. Truman to George W. Bush for the Project on National Security Reform. Prior to that, she witnessed foreign policy in operation as a public affairs intern at the U.S. embassy in Paris. Smith holds a M.A. in international affairs from the George Washington University, a French studies diploma from the Université de Tours, France, and a B.A. in English and French from Bryn Athyn College.
