Besian Boçka

Besian Boçka is program manager and research associate with the CSIS New European Democracies Project. He conducts research on issues pertaining to region and manages the day-to-day activities of both programs, dealing mainly with the organization of events and the editing and distribution of program publications. Mr. Boçka received a B.A. in modern history from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) in Belgium and an M.A. in international relations from University of Oklahoma.
