David Morrow

David Morrow is a research associate with the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group (DIIG) at CSIS, where he focuses on federal professional services contracting, U.S. naval shipbuilding, and private security contracting. Previously, Mr. Morrow interned at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of European Security and Political Affairs and at the U.S.-Russia Business Council. He holds a B.A. in international affairs from James Madison University and an M.A. in European and Eurasian studies from the George Washington University.
