Jennifer Bovair

Jennifer L. Bovair is a Research Associate with the CSIS Energy and National Security Program, where she provides research and analysis on a range of energy issues in addition to managing program conferences and meetings, including the Energy Solutions and the Alternative Transportation Fuels and Vehicle Technologies series.  Bovair has appeared in Roll Call, Greenwire and PBS Nightly Business Report.  Before joining CSIS, Bovair worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration in the Office of Energy and Environment, the U.S.-Russia Business Council, and the U.S. Civilian Research and Development Foundation.  She received her M.A. from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, with an honors certificate in international business diplomacy and holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
