Uttara Dukkipati

  • Uttara Dukkipati is a research assistant with the Europe Program at CSIS. She is currently working on issues related to the sovereign debt crisis and Europe’s evolving role in the world. Since joining CSIS in 2009, she has written and edited numerous reports and commentaries on topics such as Europe’s role in Libya, the growing role of public-private partnerships in development and India-Japan relations. Prior to working for the Europe Program, she worked for the South Asia Program. Ms. Dukkipati graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in international affairs and a certificate in Asian studies. She speaks French, Japanese, and Telugu.
