David Heyman examines role of C.M.O. within the Department of Homeland Security

Senior Fellow and Director of the Homeland Security Program, David Heyman testified Thursday October 27, 2005, before the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Management, Integration, and Oversight. His testimony examined the role of the newly created position of the Chief Medical Officer within the Homeland Security Department.
