While relations between the Dominican Republic and Haiti have historically been strained, recent developments have reignited old divisions.  From continuing imbalances in trade relations to questions of Haitian immigration to the Dominican Republic, the last year has seen several issues thwart attempts to improve ties. Join the Americas Program as it hosts H.E. Aníbal de Castro, the Dominican ambassador to the United States, for a discussion on how the nations can build a more constructive relationship moving forward.
